My name is Jim Gergeni and I have been a REALTOR since 1997, serving Le Mars, Sioux City and surrounding communities and specializing in residential, relocation, acreages and investment properties. Integrity, Professionalism and Committee Service throughout the entire real estate transaction is my goal.
Born and raised in Southern Illinois, I moved to Iowa in 1970 and spent 29 years working for International Multifoods Corp in their Ag Products Division. Today, I sell real estate, farm and own a cattle feedlot and am an owner in three corporations in Iowa.
I have six children, 16 grandchildren and two great grandchildren. Some pastimes include traveling, automobiles and spending time with my grandchildren. I’m happy to call the great city of Le Mars home!
