Kyle Kelly, Broker/Owner of CENTURY 21 ProLink, and Virginia Anderson, Chief Operating Officer of CENTURY 21 ProLink, recently attended the CENTURY 21® Leadership Conference October 3-5 at the Hotel Del Coronado in San Diego, California. Held annually by Century 21 Real Estate LLC, the Conference provides brokers, owners and managers a special forum in which the company’s leaders share growth strategies, best practices, and information about the extensive line of products and services provided by the CENTURY 21 System.
This year’s three-day conference focused on innovation, disruption and strategic ways for C21® System members to deliver ’wow’ experiences to real estate consumers in the markets they serve. The moderators of the event, Corporate Executive Board, wove five innovation imperatives throughout the program as participants shared and discussed experiences and then solutions to the challenges facing successful real estate brokerages. The collective problem solving led to a number of take homes that attendees are looking forward to implementing in their individual firms.
