New Residential Listings was up in October compared to 2012 by 9 more listings and the gap continues to stay low between the list price and sale price.
But, the number of homes sold in 2013 were 16 less than in 2012. However, did you notice that the volume was up? This is a good news for potential sellers. It’s a sign that the prices of homes or the values of homes may be increasing.
