Sellers….turn on the lights! This time of year and If your part of the country is no longer on Daylight Savings Time, it is dark much earlier in the evening. As sellers, you want to make your home available and visible. Leave an outside light on to make sure the agent and buyers are able to see the address of the home. Lighting near the driveway, sidewalk and entryway not only show the house to be welcoming, but also creates a safe walkway and entrance for potential buyers!
