At CENTURY 21 ProLink, we offer individual coaching and mentoring programs specialized for New Agents. And it starts even before you take your test.
Once you decide that CENTURY 21 ProLink is the office you would like to work with, we will invite you in for our weekly team meetings and to tour our New Listings and sit in on Open Houses with our agents.
Your mentor will be paired up with you on Day 1 to help guide you through your first year in the business. This agent will share sales techniques and strategies to help you become successful. They also earn a bonus, paid for 100% by the office, based on your first year commissions.
Shelly Youngberg, real estate trainer for the Iowa Association of REALTORS®, is also a key teammate at our office. She will be here daily to answer questions about contracts, negotiations and agency questions. She is also an expert on all the CENTURY 21 Tools and will help you get comfortable with all the technology options that you want to try.
Susan Meis, Broker Associate at CENTURY 21 ProLink, is the only certified mentor in the area for the Peak Producers® program by Brian Buffini. Develop the Habits, Attitude and Skills to skyrocket your production. She offers this class to our agents at different times throughout the year.
CREATE21 Golden Edition teaches you how to get your real estate career off to a faster, more substantial start. The skills you learn in this 4-week live online course will give you a stronger foundation. In this program you will learn the basics of real estate, how to build your client base, how to work with buyers, sellers, FSBOs, Expireds, how to handle objects and concerns, using the CENTURY 21 Tools and Systems, as well as business planning.
