To get the buyers out of the car and into your house, improve your curb appeal… mow your law, and turn on the sprinklers for 30 minutes before the showing to make the lawn sparkle, put a pot of bright flowers on the porch or deck, and keep the lawn toys, garden tools and hoses out of sight.
