Home Sellers Tip #4

Considering downsizing…..need to sell….want a smaller home??  Get started this Spring, even if you aren’t sure if or when you will be moving.  Clean out closets, discard or give away what you don’t need and haven’t used recently,  give memorabilia to family members, excess furniture can go to family members or charitable organizations, digitize photos and documents that need to be saved….it is a process that takes time and everyone can get involved…..start early!
