If your buyer is going FHA financing, here’s a quick list of fix-it’s to have done before inspections: 

  1. no chipped or peeling paint,
  2. all steps must have handrails,
  3. patch and repair concrete,
  4. roof must have 3 more year of “life”. 

Ask your Realtor or Lender for more tips.
