Home Buyers Tip #2

Buyers beware that your lender may require some fees upfront.  Such as an appraisal fee, this upfront fee is fairly common and can be unexpected to some buyers, because it is associated with closing costs.  Instead of paying for it at closing, which many may assume, some banks prefer you to pay the fee before the appraisal is done.
