Why Didn’t He Just Hand It Off?

So, what makes a great football coach?

Recently, a sports radio show debated this question and  I would maintain that this would apply to what makes a great REALTOR as well. Ask yourself the following three questions about your performance:

  1. Are you consistent? That is, do you consistently deliver the level of professionalism and competence that you have set for yourself?
  2. Do you perform well in critical situations? When the call needs to be made or when the document needs to be signed do you get the job done?
  3. Are you good at adjusting your plan/performance when circumstances change?

Consistency, situational competence, and flexibility – great goals for great coaches and REALTORS.

So, why didn’t he just hand it off?  It is time to adjust your plan.
