So, what makes a great football coach?
Recently, a sports radio show debated this question and I would maintain that this would apply to what makes a great REALTOR as well. Ask yourself the following three questions about your performance:
- Are you consistent? That is, do you consistently deliver the level of professionalism and competence that you have set for yourself?
- Do you perform well in critical situations? When the call needs to be made or when the document needs to be signed do you get the job done?
- Are you good at adjusting your plan/performance when circumstances change?
Consistency, situational competence, and flexibility – great goals for great coaches and REALTORS.
So, why didn’t he just hand it off? It is time to adjust your plan.
