CENTURY 21 ProLink has recognized Arlene Curry for ten years of service as a commercial real estate agent in Iowa, Nebraska and South Dakota. Curry says, “Every day is different, that’s what gets me going. Each deal is unique so we take a fresh look with the goal of finding the right match for our clients.”
Since moving to CENTURY 21 ProLink in 2015, Curry and agent Jennifer Rose Bass have created a commercial brokerage team unique to the marketplace. Their clients have double coverage with two agents working on their behalf. Both have earned the prestigious Commercial Real Estate Investment (CCIM) designation which requires extensive experience in the commercial real estate business.
Over the past decade, Curry has brokered numerous sales and leases for businesses in Sioux City and the surrounding areas. She worked with CF Industries in assembling an additional 400 acre site for its recent expansion project, and in the sale of its downtown office building now known as the Ho-Chunk Center. As the exclusive listing agents for Southern Square Shopping Centre, the mall has moved from 60% vacant to 100% leased today. Curry has recently brokered transactions for the Sioux City Community Schools, BPI Technologies, Boys Town, IA-NE State Bank, Indian Hills Shopping Center, Transit Plaza, Soo Tractor, Mattress Firm and the Crary Law Firm. She currently serves on the board of directors for the Iowa CCIM Chapter, Morningside College and Women United, and is a previous board member at the Siouxland Chamber, Sioux Gateway Airport, United Way, Orpheum Endowment and Girls Inc.
