Century 21 ProLink is a rapidly growing, team oriented real estate brokerage seeking a Recruitment & Marketing Coordinator.  As the Recruitment & Marketing Coordinator your focus will be on the continued growth of Century 21 ProLink.  It’s all about filling desks with agents.  But not just any agent.  We are looking for agents that fit our culture and values.  You’ll spend your time growing the team by recruiting veteran agents to our office, as well as bringing new agents into the industry.  Plus, you will oversee all marketing for the office.  If you’re ready to shout our story from the rooftop (and Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Google+, LinkedIn, print…you get the picture) we want to talk to you.

A day in the life:

  • Develop and execute recruiting and advertising plans that get noticed.
  • Create contacts within the real estate community and network with potential recruits.
  • Maintain regular contact and follow up with agent prospects.
  • Collaborate with vendors to execute advertising projects.
  • Build social and print ad campaigns to create engagement with our clients, present and future.
  • Utilize our corporate brand tools to update web and online media.
  • Generate reports to show effectiveness of strategies.
  • Assist our agents with advertising strategies and gauge their effectiveness.

What you need to be good at:

  • Working with multiple advertising channels, with an emphasis on online media and the latest trends in advertising.
  • Thriving while getting pulled in different directions.
  • computer savvy would even be better.
  • Working a room, and you love it. Networking is your thing.
  • Being two places at once.
  • We prefer Iowa’s National Career Readiness Certificate
  • Vehicle to travel and valid insurance

When we need you:   You may work up to 40 hours each week.  You must be able to travel as you will be responsible for recruiting and advertising in all of our markets.

Rate of Pay:  Salary plus bonus based on experience and job performance.
